Will I see my print before it is sent to me?

Absolutely! I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and, once your print is finished, I’ll send you a short video preview so you can see the final result and check that you’re happy with the glitter placement.

If you’d like any adjustments, such as adding a little more sparkle, I’ll be happy to make these before your print is sent. Once you’re completely happy with the finished piece, I’ll carefully package it and get it on its way to you.

What paper do you use?

I use a beautiful, premium 100% cotton fine art paper chosen to bring each image to life. Its soft, subtle texture, rich colours and deep blacks give every print a timeless, tactile quality. Acid-free and lignin-free, it’s made to preserve your artwork beautifully for years to come.

Is the paper matt or a gloss finish?

My prints are produced on a premium matt fine art paper with a subtle, natural texture. The non-reflective finish minimises glare while enhancing the depth, colour and fine detail of each image, creating a refined and timeless presentation.

Where are your prints printed?

All of my prints are produced in-house using professional-grade fine art printing equipment, rather than a standard home printer. The printer uses a 10-colour ink system, allowing for a much wider range of colours and incredibly smooth transitions between tones.

This helps me achieve exceptional colour accuracy, rich blacks, beautiful depth and incredibly fine detail, ensuring your image is reproduced with the highest level of quality.

Can I choose where you add the glitter to my photo?

Absolutely! When placing your order, simply use the order notes box to let me know where you’d like the sparkle added. This is completely optional. If you don’t specify a location, I’ll use my own judgement to choose the areas where I feel the glitter will complement the image best.

There is a photo size I would like, but it isn't available to order?

If you’re looking for a size that isn’t currently listed, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to see if I can arrange it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I only offer shipping within the UK. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Do you accept refunds?

As each print is personalised and made to order, I’m unable to accept refunds or returns. Please see my Shipping & Returns page for full details.
