What paper do you use?

We use a high quality art paper.

Is the paper matt or a gloss finish?

Matt finish.

Do i choose where you glitter my photo?

You absolutely can! When on the order page there is a box for notes, add where you would like your sparkle here :)! This is not required and if not specified i will add the glitter to where i think would best suit.

There is a photo size i would like but isn't available to order?

Please let me know and i can arrange this for you :)!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Do you accept refunds?

We do not accept refunds due to the personalised aspect(Please see our Shipping&Returns page).

What if my item gets damaged?

Damaged items through delivery will be replaced and sent out to you ASAP. The strong packaging used should prevent this from happening.

Can i make a request?
