Once the order is placed, delivery will be expected within 1-2 weeks. We offer free standard delivery however if you are in need of a faster service please get in contact to arrange this.

We are unable to offer refunds for the personalised print due to its customised nature, However should there be any issues with the condition of the print upon delivery or lost in post, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will promptly send a replacement.
